1. Purpose
These terms govern every sale concluded on the Sol-Air Tech website, a business located at 379 rue Joly, Québec, QC G1L 1P1. Placing an order means accepting them.
2. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars, before tax. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are added at checkout based on the delivery address. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed by the confirmation email we send you. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, a stock shortage or suspected fraud; the amount is then refunded in full.
4. Availability
Displayed quantities are updated continuously, but an item can become unavailable between payment and picking. We tell you right away and you choose between waiting, a replacement or a refund.
5. Payment
Payment is due when the order is placed. Transactions are handled by a PCI-DSS certified processor; no card number is stored on our servers. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Delivery
Terms and timelines are on the Shipping page. Announced timelines are estimates: a carrier delay does not give rise to compensation.
7. Installation and compliance
Our products are sold as equipment. Installation must follow the Québec Construction Code and the manufacturer’s instructions. Any connection to the Hydro-Québec grid must be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor and must obtain the required approvals. Sol-Air Tech cannot be held liable for an installation performed by a third party or by the buyer.

9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses: lost production, downtime, installation or re-installation costs. This limit does not apply to rights granted by the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
10. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, datasheets and graphics on this site belong to Sol-Air Tech or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Québec.
