Shipped from Québec City
Every order leaves our warehouse at 379 rue Joly in Québec City. We ship anywhere in Canada.
Timelines
- Processing — 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before noon usually ship the same day.
- Standard transit — 2 to 7 business days depending on the province.
- Oversized goods (panels, batteries, enclosures) — delivered by freight carrier, who calls to book a delivery appointment.
Costs
- Standard shipping is free on every order.
- Expedited shipping is available for $8.99 wherever the carrier offers it.
- Remote regions and pallet freight may require a surcharge: it is always sent to you for approval before shipping, never billed as a surprise.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, the tracking number is emailed to you and stays available under “My orders” in your account.
Receiving a pallet
Have someone on site for the appointment. The carrier delivers curbside: unloading a panel or a battery over 40 kg takes two people. Inspect the goods before signing the delivery slip.
Pickup by appointment
In the Québec City area? Tell us at checkout or write to us: pickup at 379 rue Joly is by appointment, once your order is confirmed ready.
Shipping address
Check your address before paying. An incomplete or incorrect address triggers redirection fees charged by the carrier.
