Refund policy

When the refund is issued

Once your return reaches our Québec City warehouse we inspect it within two business days. If the item meets the conditions of our return policy, the refund is issued right after.

Bank processing time

The amount goes back to the payment method used for the order. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement: that delay belongs to your financial institution, not to us.

What is refunded

• The price of the returned products, GST and QST included.
• The original shipping charge, but only when the return is due to our error or to a defective item.
• An order cancelled before it ships is refunded in full, with no fee.

What is not

• Return shipping charges.
• Restocking fees disclosed in advance on a special order.
• Lost value on an item that was installed, energised, modified or returned incomplete.

Partial refunds

If an item comes back without its original packaging or accessories, we offer you a partial refund before processing anything. Nothing is withheld without your written agreement.
