A 30-day window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After that, only the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
What can be returned
- An item that is new, never installed and never energised.
- Complete: original packaging, hardware, connectors, documentation and accessories.
- Solar cable cut to length, Clearance items and kits assembled to order are final sale.
- A special order placed with the manufacturer may carry a 15% restocking fee, which we state before authorising the return.
How to proceed
- Email info@sol-air-tech.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within one business day with a return authorisation number and shipping instructions.
- Write that number on the parcel and ship it to Sol-Air Tech, 379 rue Joly, Québec, QC G1L 1P1.
A parcel sent back without authorisation cannot be matched to your file and will be refused.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your expense unless we made a mistake or the item arrived defective. Panels and batteries are heavy freight: never ship them back before speaking with us, so we can arrange proper packaging and transport.
Damaged on delivery
Inspect the goods in front of the carrier. Report any damage within 48 hours, with photos, to info@sol-air-tech.com — after that the carrier will not accept the claim.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. We handle the return and you place a new order: it is faster, and the item you actually need is not held in limbo.
