Description

Not every roof is flat. On a trailer, a rounded shed or a boat hull, a rigid module is simply impossible to install without costly structure. The Renogy 100 W flexible panel follows a curve up to 248° and mounts with structural adhesive, rivets or grommets.

Its ETFE polymer surface layer resists UV and cleans with soapy water. At 2.5 mm thick and 1.9 kg it is about 70 % lighter than a rigid module of equivalent output, a decisive argument when roof load capacity is limited.

We recommend it as a supplement to an existing system rather than as the main source: its service life is shorter than a glass-aluminium module, but its versatility is unmatched on surfaces where nothing else works.
