Description

Before installing anything, you need to know what the site actually receives. This meter displays irradiance in W/m², tilt angle and azimuth, letting you objectively compare two locations on the same property instead of trusting visual impressions.

It also serves for post-installation diagnosis. If a string underproduces, measuring irradiance in the module plane immediately separates two possible causes: a less clear sky than expected, or a genuine electrical problem. Without that measurement you are searching blind.

The unit also measures a module's surface temperature, useful for applying temperature correction to voltage readings. It fits in a pocket and stores in the supplied hard case.
