Description
An HS-330A cable cutter with curved blades, handling anything from 0 to 70 mm². The blades close around the conductor like scissors instead of crushing it.
The difference shows at the crimp. An ordinary side cutter flattens the strand bundle and leaves an angled face; the strands no longer enter the MC4 pin straight and the crimp comes out uneven. A clean square cut slides into the pin in one go and crimps right the first time.
The 70 mm² capacity also covers battery cable, usually the heaviest thing in an equipment room. One tool for the array and the bank.
